Manage Items
Item management in IntelliTrack Mobile includes:
- Viewing the item list for the logged-in user's default division
- Adding an item to a division
The item options are available from the Manage > Items option.
Viewing the Entire Item List
Note: In order to view the item list, the role of the logged-in user must include the Items feature.
The item list for the default division of the logged-in user is displayed at the Manage Items form. To reach the Manage Items form and view the item list for the default division, refer to the steps that follow.
- Select Manage > Items from the menu bar.
- The Manage Items form appears.
- To view all items in this division, leave the Search field blank and select the Search icon to the right of the Search Item field.
- The item list for this division is loaded onto the form.
- Tap the ok icon or the Windows Close icon (X) found in the top right corner of the form to close the Options form and return to the Main form.
Search Item Function
You are able to search for a specific item or items that meet a set search criteria, such as all items that contain 1.
- To search for a specific item, enter the item number in the Search Item field and then click the Search icon.
- The system will return the item or items that contain this search value and display the item or items onscreen.
